Do Hamsters carry Diseases
A question that is often asked, do hamsters carry diseases?
The answer is yes they do, just as all other animals do. Some of the disease, and bacteria that are carried by a hamster, are transmittable to other animals, and humans.
Children should be taught to always wash their hands, after handling or stroking any animal.
